Spec help, what Ram, what SSD ?

so far have these two as almost definates:

Intel Core i7-3770K 3.50GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W)
Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

not sure:

What RAM , 16gb please
What SSD, 128gb is enough
What cooler ?

For the SSD, a OCZ Vertex 4, Samsung 840 or an Intel 530 series would be best.

What CPU heatsink do you use?

The tall heat-spreaders on the Viper RAM can conflict with some air coolers.

Corsair Vengeance low profile Ram gets me 7.9 in Windows 7 and works perfectly- bought two sets-I recommend it.
