I would have thought I would have needed more Wattage?

Needs to be silent as possible too.

They don't have the 650 version in stock here, so what about the 750 version. Gives me overhead anyway. will I need power cable extenders with this psu

The Fractal Cases are really quite, and you can get something like some sharkoon fans with it aswell.
