Thinking of building a Kodi PC for the lounge and pondering whether to go with a raspberry pi 4, and odroid or just to build a simple media pc.
If I was going PC based, I'd be keen to have it pretty much silent (ie ssd, next to no fan noise etc)
Anyone got experience of these? I was reading in Kodi forum recommendations, but they say use a pc build if you want 'bling' skins and so on, but I don't know how much that means. I can't imagine I'll be using too much grunt, but I don't want to be bottlenecked by anything...
