Spec me 1/2 a system.

At the moment i have

Q6600 at 3.2GHZ
Asus P5Q
Nvidia GTX 260
4GB OCZ DDR2 Ram

Now i dont need to upgrad but i want to help a buddy out and i said i would sell the above at mates rates at about £250.

So basically i need a new cpu,mobo,ram and graphics card for at most £525 but the LESS spent the better,

i HAVE to have a nvida card due to ATI crappy drivers that do not work on my second display (32" HDTV tested 3 ATI cards)

Im thinking along the lines of GTX 465?

Also cpu something like a a AMD 1055T ?

Yup it seems its not then. Is that six core chip any good? or just a bit of a gimmick?

Wow the Q6600 beats it in most cases.

Ill have to have a re think if its worth upgrading. only upgrading to help a mate and to try and stay ahead of the curb
