Spec me £150 2gb memory please :D

Well, i will be overclocking, and I will be getting an asus a8n ultra and a 3800+ x2. I will try and get the x2 to 2.6 at least. But i have £150 to spend (that is the bare maximum i can go) and i will only get one if its like £140-£150 if its alllot better than a cheaper one

yea.. but is it worth the extra? because £150 is really really stretching the limit. Would any of the corsairs be better. Also, whats better. say worse timings and better fsb or lower fsb and better timings
