Spec me 1k build - desktop only

I have a G-Sync monitor already1440p 165hz, keyboard etc.. if I could get a 2070 that would be great or a 1080ti? Used for gaming only.

What's your other parts ? Just to see what can be kept or needs to be replaced etc .
Or of your looking for smaller form factor etc
