Just a follow up on this. I'll post a separate build log for the full machine over the weekend as it's now built. However, the monitors are having to go back as the bezel isn't really suitable for eyefinity gaming setups where the screens are at an angle to each other - it protrudes forwards at the bottom which means when they're arranged together there's a 3-4mm air gap which is very distracting unless in a pitch black room:
