Spec me 2 systems please

I'm building for a mate, with the following criteria in mind:

He doesn't game, produce music, or do video encoding.
He does have 2 monitors, so dual head gfx card is needed.

He needs:

Case
PSU
Mobo
CPU
RAM
HDD
Gfx card

The 2 specs he needs is one for £150, and another for £250

I did a rough spec for £245, but just wanted to see what other people thought as I am not too hot on speccing sub-£400 machines, lol

It's not going to be a fantastic system but by the sounds of it the PC doesn't need to be.

Looks pretty good, possibly a shade overspecified for the basic uses but since it all fits into the budget there is no real reason not to go for it.

Well he specifically asked for a £150 spec, and a £250.

Looking at it, I don't think £150 is doable unless stuff is bought secondhand.

At least it will last him a good while before he would need to upgrade
