Spec me £220 PC Build

Hi.

I am going to build a new PC for around £220, I'd like it to be able to play games decently, perhaps have an 8800GT/3850Pro/4850 if possible.

All I need is the following:

PSU
CPU
MOBO
RAM
GPU

I have:

TV
HDD
Case

I am wondering, for the best performance (I am planing on overclocking) would an AMD system be better on this budget?

As above but wouldnt an ATI 4670 such as PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 4670 PCS 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail be superior to the 8800 GS? i think i read in reviews its slightly better then the G80 8800 GTS as well, and that card was surely superior to the GS?

Might want to look at second hand items for the cpu and gpu. Although an e5200 at £58 is pretty difficult to beat.
