For Farm Sim either this or Hono's build will be fine.

is those on board graphics i take it?

Indeed it is

That's the A6 or the dualcore version and as you can see even though it has half the cores and a lower spec IGP it still does a impressive job at playing games. These A8/A10 APUs I love to suggest for budget rigs/laptops as it offers gaming on a seriously low budget :)

If you are comfortable building yourself you'll be able to save some mooleh :) Out of the choices you've been given, I'd go with the trinity build any day on a budget.

itll be my first build.

i was offered this by a guy for £400

NVIDIA NForce 680i SLI Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad - 2.33GHZ - Overclocked to 2.8GHz (Windows rating 7.3) - Look up reviews, a GREAT CPU - can be overclocked even more to 3.2GHZ+ but 2.8 is Safe and fast enough anyway!
Radeon HD 6870 Graphics Card (Windows Rating 7.9) - Still Selling for around £150! Again, a GREAT card.
4GB of DECENT Corsair Ram (Windows Rating 7.3)
Black Antec Case - See through, Custom Blue LEDs and LOTS of Fans to keep it cool (but its not a loud machine at all)

I wouldn't rely on Windows ratings to be honest with you. The graphics card is still great and holds up well, although the CPU is outdated and may struggle in some games. Unless, of course you overclock it.

also, just found the recommended specs to help

PC Recommended
Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7
Intel Processor: Pentium 4 at 3.0GHz, or AMD Processor: Sempron 3400
Nvidia Graphics Card: GeForce GT 210 512MB, or AMD Graphics Card: Radeon HD 5470
RAM Memory: 1 GB
Hard Disk Space: 1 GB
Direct X: 9

Unless the person trying to sell you their rig is offering a warranty, build one yourself.
Farming Simulator, from the specs, looks to be very light on hardware demands and the Trinity build will be more than enough.

All ATX power supplies are compatible as they are build to a standard specification. Something like the "Corsair Builder Series CX 430W V2 '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply" should be more than enough.
