Need a spec for £450 MAX, cannot go over at all.

Already ordered a 430w Corsair modular PSU and already own a Fractal core 1000 case.

Motherboard must be Mini ITX/ATX, no need for a monitor, keyboard or mouse.

I need a Graphics card and I want Windows 7 Home premium..... Thanks :D

Won't be using it for any hardcore, ultra Crysis gaming, but being able to play in full HD would be nice.

Yeh B-grade is a returned item. This can either be an item returned for repair or an item returned because the buyer did not want it within 14 days of buying it.

I own a b-grade HDD and don't have any issues with it. B-grade items also come with an OcUK waranty of 90 days I think plus whatever is left on the manufacture warranty.

If you dont want a b-grade item I suggest either upping the budget or getting a cheaper CPU / mobo.

ah okay, ill give it some thought. i like the idea of the intel build as it packs more of a punch, but ive always prefered getting stuff brand new. cheers for the help lads

I would be surprised if that hdd is more than a couple of weeks old. So it should still have nearly a years warranty left. But the choice is yours. Good luck with what ever you decide.

No! I cannot stand Windows 8, I'm a big fan of windows 7...that's one thing im not changing haha! On that B grade graphics card, do you still get the free games? I'm not particuarly bothered but im just wondering if you do or not.

I don't mind paying a tenner or so and putting a wifi card into it to be honest and saving a bit on the mobo. :)

No free games I`m afraid. :D

Oh..not to worry, I think i'll worry about building the damn thing first haha! Can guarentee something will go horribly wrong, but hey ho! That's what being a first time builder is all about surely? ;-)

I was just suggesting it so you could concentrate your cash on components now. You could buy windows 7 later, windows 8 would just get you up and running.

The AMD never settle games bundle finished last week sometime, so no games with the GPU

Yeah I wasn't having a go or anything!! I know what you ment,I would rather pay it all now, instead of having to do it further down the line mate.

Here is a link for a couple of video tutorials to watch. And you know where to find us, should you have any problems.

Yeah thanks mate. Watched the newegg one , each part and I think I will be fine. And yeah, you all seem really helpful on here and im sure if I have any trouble I can find you. Im buying the parts bit by bit, so I will have 1/2/3 weeks in between getting a part to sort them out and fit them etc. My corsair 430w power supply has been ordered, and a nice Cooler master green led fan is on it's way, so they can be fitted next week which gives me something to play with :D

It's cool bud, we just like to give options that's all. I used the Z77 as down the road you could drop in say a 2nd hand i5K and overclock it. You can't overclock on the B75 or H77 mobos, the mini-itx mobo I used had wifi which helps "justify" the extra cost.

Good luck with the build. Any problems or heaven forbid problems come build day, you know where to find us

(P.S Idleman stop stealing my catchphrases lol)

Yeah thanks mate, means a lot. Probably won't be overlocking anything anyway,as long as it works and I can run things at a decent rate, im happy. Further down the line next year or whatever I will upgrade to an i5 or whatever, which is the main reason why im opting for the Intel idea over the AMD idea. Just out of intrest, what will the peformance be using the i3 and the 7850?
