The advanatge of going for the 125W version of the X4 965 is that it is a C3 stepping CPU and can run DIMMs of DDR3 at 1333MHZ unlike the C2 stepping which the current X4 955BE is!

Also the C3 stepping seems to have a better chance of hitting 4GHZ than earlier steppings and has better idle power consumption too.
