Spec me 4K HDR

Yo, i've got an asus XG438Q that is going back to asus rma today due to upscaling hdr issues causing blocky pixilated blacks, windows not detecting hdr certification, netflix not recognising it's 4k or hdr, monitor sometimes not turning on.

It's 4k hdr 120 hz but to run 10bit it has to run bellow 98hz (stupid i know)

So please spec me a monitor that is 4k with good hdr for gaming and watching movies? Seems the market is lacking in this segment. Budget is no issue

I forgot to mention, has to be freesync as i have a 6900xt

I was considering these two -

but then this popped up which i am tempted to wait for with it being hdr1000 certified and reduced risk of the oled burn in -

Yeah i am going to wait and see what the new acer is like, hopefully it'll come out in a few months.

Just had a nightmare RMA - instead of asus collecting my XG438Q, they delivered a 24" 1080p monitor with a completely different rma number on the box. The delivery driver refused to collect my faulty monitor and walked off

Been on the phone to asus and they have no idea what's happened and have had to escalate it to management. Maybe i can blag a free upgrade to the newer version!
