Comes to £602, noticed youre a student if your mate is aswell and you can grab a copy of vista to borrow then you can grab a copy of win7 upgrade for like £45 of one of microsofts websites :) Otherwise just chuck a copy of win 7 into the above spec, a little over budget but 3 free games which could be sold.
Did you mean to not include an optical drive and hard drive in your first spec or will you need those to?

Edit: Stulid beat me to it again xD I'd still grab my 6950 over his though :P
 
i would side with the MSI also because of its cooler. as i think the frozr is better than the iceQ

if the msi one is faster/cheaper and has more warranty then its a no brainer really.....
 
but if gibbo is to be believed the his icq has the best cooler and can be overclocked further than the others.

stulid I'm suprised you didn't champion the 560ti(seeing as how you prefer nvidia) :)
