Hey guys,

I'm looking to get a work PC setup. Budgeted around £700 excluding VAT. Mostly I just run a virtual machine on it for my development.

I only need the core stuff. IE the case and everything that goes inside of it. I don't need windows. Can you guys help me spec something up please?

Kind regard,
Fab

edit: I use two monitors currently.

Yeah, I don't require much space fortunately.

Nice setup, thank you. Is there any reason not to go for a graphics card? Or it simply provides not advantage for my use-case?

if your not playing games, and doing any 3D work , you will get away with onboard :) the good thing is you can always add a GPU if you need one later.

for ref. i use AutoCAD (for 2d) everyday on laptop with intel onboard graphics with 2 displays and its fine
