Spec me £700 gaming?

I have £600 - £700, lower end of budget would be best but i can do £700 if needed.
I have a Evga 850W psu, Matx case, CPU cooler and If ddr3 system i have 16gb.

I game at 1080.
I have a build in mind but want to see what i am specked to confirm my thoughts.

Edit: i am happy with B-Grade items, had lots and never had a problem

dose that take into account for DX12?
i know 1150 none K i5's are still running games on max setting but will dx12 make i7's a better long run choice? if it dose then the x99 6 core would have to be a even better choice??

I doubt it takes dx12 into consideration.

DX12 is specifically tailored to removing as much CPU overhead as possible and there is also mantle to consider.

Better to read some reviews if you undecided but if you have the bucks then get the best you can afford.
