OK slight change...decided to cut back on my spending a bit with the processor, also changed the harddrive as all the reviews for the samsung one say it makes your case shake :/

Ok, torn between two processors, mainly because of the price difference

, advice would be appreciated:
1) Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 2.40GHz Guaranteed to run at 3.30GHZ (1466FSB) - Retail - (£152.74)
2) Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - OEM - (£125.71)
Choosing the 2nd one would bring my system just below 800 quid, which would be nice, can you tell me how much of a diff there is between them?

Also, is there anything else which I will need to complete this system? Except peripherals
