I have around £900 to spend but can squeeze a tad more if need be, but obviously cheaper is better. I use my pc for everything, mainly gaming.

Now I have my eye on an e6600, an 8800 and a 250Gb HDD somewhere in the rig. I don't really overclock so performance parts are not necessary.

I have the following which don't need replacing:

Case: Coolermaster 201-B
Monitor: 17" Flatron L1710B (I will replace with a 19"/20" Widescreen soon)
Sound: Audigy 7 + Speakers
CD Drive.
Keyboard + Mouse.

But I need the rest.

What can you come up with?

Thx a lot. jd

I dont think you could get a 8800 and E6600 fot under £900. You could always change the cpu or gfx card

Looks good!

How much difference does a low latency ram have over not-so-low latency?

£950 was my upper limit so anything around £900 is a bonus.

Would a Retail e6600 with cooler be just as good as an OEM 6600 and Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro?

Also as I asked before: How much difference does a low latency ram have over not-so-low latency?

Thx
