Bit over budget but that is one of the most powerful pcs possible.

Just noticed you don't need harddrives. If you remove the 2x Raptor 74gig combo it comes to £1400 inc vat. Under budget. Could treat yourself to a razer copperhead and logitech gaming keyboard or something.

The processor should reach 2.8 - 3ghz stable, dual core, 4 gig ram, fastest graphics card on market etc.

4x1gb of ram will be slower than 2x1gb and not needed. I would just get 2gb and get a case worthy of a £1500 computer (V1000 for example). And the big typhoon for the cooler.

It's true that 4gb ram will run at 2t rather than 1t which makes it a bit slower, but he requested more than 2gig ram so if he needs the extra ram 4gig is fine. I agree he could get a more expensive case however he didn't give me much to go on of a description of his system in mind, the Antec is a perfectly sound case although not the best looking, he could upgrade to a more expensive silverstone or similar case if he's into flash but it wouldn't affect performance.

how about an Fx-60? stock at 2.6, OC it to even more higher, hell for £1500 i woulds

Yeah that seems like a good idea... oh wait no it doesnt

If you spend £750 on a cpu it doesnt leave much for the rest of the computer, and the 170 will clock almost as high with the actual amount overclocked being higher.
