Spec me a 2kish build including monitor

Hello,

I Would like to spend around £2k but would consider increasing by around £500 if the performance difference can be justified.

I'm looking for a PC almost purely for gaming.

I am also looking for an additional high quality monitor to go with my already owned 140Hz 24" gaming monitor.

I have most of this in my basket (some with a nice discount from oc)

I have a couple of questions:

The motherboard and RAM - in the mb description is says "4x DDR4 (2666 MHz up to TBA MHz with overclocking)" does that mean i will need to o/c to get the full 3000Mhz from the RAM or should i chose a different motherboard?

Sorry I am really out of the loop with this stuff.
