spec me a 3.0ghz c2d SFF pc

I currently have no re-usable parts from my current pc, except monitor, kb and mouse.

I therefore need:

SFF case (matx or shuttle)
matx mobo
psu - what power?
c2d cpu (something that will oc to 3.0 ish on air)
300gig sata hdd (~£55)
x1900 2nd hand (£??)
2gig DDR2 that will clock with the cpu

anything else?

Can this be done for close to £400 ?

if 3.0ghz is too ambitious, i'll settle for a bit less - rather than spending a load more

that is excellent -

I had no idea what sort of powerhouse (PSU) would be required, nor cooling to gain that sort of overclock on air - the last time I did any overclocking, it was an XP1700+ to 2.4ghz

Would you recommend that mobo over the P5K-VM?

i'm also thinking that a cheap cpu like an E2160 will give a better 'bang for the buck' - especially as that mobo is 45nm upgradable later on.

a silverstone SG03 comes to about £85,

Total price with a cheaper cpu = £550 (OUCH) [add another £100 for an E6600]
