Spec me a 30th birthday present

Ok, so my 30th birthday is coming up and i've pretty much decided that my present to myself will be to rent a Ferrari or Aston Martin for a few days.

Now, what i need from you guys and girls is a recommendation for an extremely impressive but reasonably priced suite at a hotel anywhere in the country, that my girlfriend will be paying for.

I've checked out google and seen some nice hotels but would like some real recommendation from anyone who has stayed in such a place.

The poshest hotel I've ever been to is:

but that was for my Aunt's wedding, 20 years ago or so. It was nice then!! Seen it featured on the TV, probably quite expensive.

The Mill at Gordleton has good food and a nice setting in the New Forest, but it's more of a nice country pub / weekend away type place than anything flash:

I've stayed at Pennyhill Park 3 times, it's probably the nicest place i've stayed in this country, but i kind of want want to try somewhere else.
