Hik guys, im looking for a new tv from the inlaws (currently have a 28inch crt
). Im not sure they would use the features of a smart tv but i think freeview hd and recording onto usb as well as twin tuners would be useful. Can you get these things on a small screen?

Edit having a quick look the panny TX-32CS600B looks ok. Budget upto 300ish.
Edit #2 they wont use smart features if it needs hardwiring in, however that panny has wifi which im surprised at.
