Spec me a 32" TV please

Gents,
I'm looking for a 32" tv for the bedroom of our new house. Not necessarily bothered if it's a smart tv (will use a nowtv box if it's not). Wouldn't mind having freeview HD if possible. Not bothered about 3D or 4K but full 1080P is a must. Looking to spend £250 to £300. I've had a little look around online but can't make head no tail of them.

As it happens I'm in the exact same position and I have pretty much concluded that the Sony KDL32W705C is the one I'll look to get. Although it is near the top of your budget it is reportedly a very good set and has your 1080p requirement and is a smart TV.
Richer sounds have it for £289 with 6 year warranty
Argos for £269 (didn't check but almost certainly without 6 year warranty)

I just got a Samsung UE32J5100 (price matched down to £199 with 5 year guarantee!).
Brilliant, can't fault it.
