Spec me a £400 build for a friend.

A mate of mine wants a new desktop since he's not entirely happy with his chromebook and has a budget of about £400.

What he doesn't need is a monitor or speakers but he does need literally everything else inc. keyboard, mouse, Windows etc.

He doesn't play game's at all so he only needs a graphics card capable of handling DVD's and youtube and what have you. He'd like as much storage as possible since he's very much in to music and keeping videos etc.

I dont really know much about budget CPU's so i'm just wondering what the performance difference is between the K Anniversary and the A8-6600?

I'm reluctant to overclock since he wont be wanting to spend cash on additional cooling.

I'd get the K anniversary. It should be more than enough for videos and multimedia etc
