OK Im thinking of going for a complete upgrade after considering only a GPU or CPU. Now I dont really have the money for this but I was thinking going down the OverClockers finance option root. Seems to be fairly reasonable as I worked it out at about £15 a month for 36 months. Now I will be needing to upgrade my

CPU
GPU
Memory
Mobo

I currently have

e2180@3Ghz
8800GTX
Corsair 3GB (3x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R iP35 Socket 775

So what can I get for the money. Oh I plan on keeping what ever I get for a good while. I do a fair bit of gaming at 1920x1080 and I like eye candy so obviously something that can handle the new and up and coming games is what Im after. Im also keen to stay with Intel/Nvidia. Thanks

Thanks that looks good to me. Forgot to mention my PSU is a OCZ Stealth XStream 600W PSU. Will this cope with a complete upgrade?

So are is the Finance option a good idea? I have your first Specs in my basket but as usuall Im hovering over the Checkout button:-)

Cant you do the buy now pay later option, so all you pay is a £29 admin fee? just remember to save some money each month and pay it off before the due date.

Im useless at saving. If it comes out my account then I cant spend it on Sweeties/Women/Drink in that order

I cant tell you what to do with your money, even if you fail to pay it off before the due date, you then just pay it per month as if you selected a finance term anyway?

The APR is 13% higher.

I know mate. I just need a push to press that bloody Checkout button. Thanks for the help.

Me again reviving this thread as I dont want to start another. Are these recommendations still valid for a £400 build as I cant seem to find the suggested mobo's on the site. Oh and my PSU has changed from a 600w to a Bequite 530w incase that makes a difference. Thanks

That does look good. But the mobo says its CrossFireX yet you have specd a GTX? I take it this mobo cannot run dual GTX's?

What about this
