Spec me a £400 PC

Hi, not really up on what is out there at the moment. But want a new PC with the following spec:

i3 / i5 CPU
8GB Ram
Hard Drive: not bothered what size
OS: Win 7 64
Mouse / Keyboard

20" Monitor (HD would be nice)

Basic case

Will be used for basic web design, little bit of video editing and general office duties.

I'm not up to date on these things either, but I asked for a very similar computer yesterday, might be worth you having a look at this thread.
You'd need to add a copy of Windows 7 to the list which would take you slightly over your budget, but you could remove the SSD to make up the difference. Hope this helps.

EDIT: Just noticed you need a monitor as well, that would take you well over your budget :( Might be best waiting for someone who knows what they're talking about

Unfortunately I highly doubt you will get much for that price including a monitor.

But again you will need a monitor, keyboard and mouse...
 
 
A pentium G620 would be ok for basic web design.

If T345 dropped it to a pentium, you would be within budget and could get a better case. Rather than a case that will bend under any weight.
