Spec me a 4K video editing rig

Alright guys - budget under £1k this is for a buddy that will be producing a feature film in 4k.

GFX wise must support 4k out but will not be used for gaming.
lots of rendering will be done so good CPU & lots or RAM.
SSD 512GB
Rock solid PSU required with case suporting atleast 4x 3.5 bays (future expansion options)

video storage will be to a 50TB NAS via 10GBe this can be left out of the spec - that's for another forum

I've spent the night researching and it does look like x99+5820k combo is what I'm going to have to plump for.

Some of the high end mobo's allow for upto 6 HD's in RAID10 so I may not need the NAS after all.

Gimpy - any recommendations on a dedicated RAID card? I don't have clue there seems to be quite a difference in price.
