Hey,

I dont know if you can but I need a PC for mainly latest playing games and doing DVDs and CDS.

I have a budget of around £400 - £500. And need a full base unit inc. OS. (No Mointor / Keyboard or mouse). Cheaper the better tbh.

Really need a guideline which compents are the best to get?

Looks like a good spec there. I'd however swap the X800GTO with a GeForce7600GT for just a couple of quid more :)

The OcUK value cases don't have the greatest build quality and I wouldn't think the power supply included is great either. THe NSK4400 is the perfect balance between quality and value :)

Your on a budget but don't skimp on case & PSU :( Buying quality (= reliable, etc) parts will payoff long after you've moved on from other components. That said, don't know much about the Estar case but that price doesn't leave much to the imagination

The Sapphire X800 GTO will handle everything you throw at it BUT not maxed out (v.high res + all the lights turned up). Chose this over the HIS (which I believe has more overclocking potential) because of the 512MB DDR3 :D
