Spec me a £500 PC!

Im looking at building a new PC rig for a friend, Just thought i'd come to you guys for the best spec.

The £500 budget needs to include a 17" TFT and a high spec sound card.

Basic Spec Ideas, 160gb Hard drive, DVD-RW 1Gb RAM. Prefer an AMD 64 system, maybe 939?

CRT would be ok, but not prefered.

Its all Multimedia and web surfing, just remembered it needs to have a wireless network adaptor, no games to budget can be tightened on graphics.
