Spec me a £500 upgrade

Hey guys :)

I am looking for an upgrade of the CPU, Motherboard and Memory. Current specs are in sig :p. I want the upgrade to last quite a while and was thinking about this:

I chose the 2600k because I do quite a bit of video editing for college. If anyone can recommend me anything different, I am all ears :).

OR, should I wait and see what bulldozer will offer?
 
I did think about that but then thought, for a bit more money, I would get an extra 2 years warranty :) Thanks anyway!

Ah, seen your ninja edit :) I will update to see what the current cost comes to :)

OEM processor and Cheaper RAM. I will probably add a Noctua NH-D14 later on :) Looking good? Would you change anything?

It requires 1.65v unfortunately which, according to Overclockers, will reduce the CPU's lifespan :( It would have been great if I could use it because I can get another 4GB for £40 :p
 
Right, decided on the Silver Arrow, mainly because the SandyBridge CPU's run cool anyway so it won't make much of a difference :p

This is the final revision, looking to buy after next payday :D
