spec me a £600 laptop

I am getting a laptop and the max budget is £600
Im looking for something small and portable but also powerful.
It must atleast be able to play minecraft smoothly 30+ frames.
and must be pretty quick but not too large to carry around.

There are some fairly decent Dell XPS 15s on ebay going for around that price - could be worth a look?

I had a look on ebay, But ive had a lot of bad experiences with ebay, so ill go with retail sellers first and if I dont find anything then ill turn to ebay.
