Spec me a £600 mini-itx

Hey guys so I'm helping my friend to spec up a rig(tower only) and here are his needs.

Preferably mini-itx (but probably more likely micro-atx as it's a gaming PC), I like the portability and compact size of them.
Been eyeing up the Corsair 250D
Need 16gb RAM for video editing.
Should I wait for the new X99 boards which are out soon along with the new processors?

Would really appreciate any help w this. He wants to play Dark Souls 2 on it by the end of the month
