spec me a £700 hackintosh

friend is hell bent on a mac mini, but I am trying to convince him otherwise.

£700 is a reasonable budget and I said I would put it all together for him.
The main use of the PC will be video editing, which he says can only be done efficiently on a mac OS.

also, a Micro ATX build is preferred but feel free to go ATX if there is massive benefit.

Given the Level of support Given by apple etc with the budget for video Editing i would just go with the Mac. Mac Mini is not the most powerfull thing in the world but Final Cut is so effecient at rendering compared to windows based products IMO
