Spec me a <£75 case

I'm looking at building, in October to coincide with Win 7, a nice new atx AMD rig, containing a x3 720, a Corsair HX520, an SSD, an HDD, a single DVDRW drive, and either a 4890 or a 5850. I won't be manically overclocking, but do want something nice and quiet.

Currently the best thing I've seen is the Lancool Dragon Lord K58; looks like a great case, and would also mean that I'd have a spare £15-20 in my budget to by some better fans with. Can anyone beat that?

Had a look at that; appears to offer very similar features but, by all accounts, the Lancool's locking system for drives and PCI cards is considerably better.
