i need a mb with
quad core support
ideally a cmos reset switch handy
4x ddr2
pci-e (never doing sli so only need one)
cpu power plug, my current one is behind the cpu cooler and so is a real pain to plug in......
I currently have an s3 flashed to a ds3, its supposedly good but has a dodgy circuit or something and any upgrades etc leave it not booting (like now) and just sitting there idling before booting to windows and now display out.
id rma it but broke the cmos battery holder off trying to get the battery out once, oops!
so, suggestions please ?
i quite like the look of asus, i had an a7v333 which lasted 7 years with no hitches
id like to be able to overclock but its not a neccessity as such.
and i have upto £150 to spend, though less is preferred!
