Spec me a bandwidth monitor!

My wife is convinced that my desktop uses up more B/W than her spyware riddled laptop, to the point that it makes her browsing crawl to a halt when I am doing absolutely nothing on the net.

Is there a proggy out there that can put this argument to rest?

Went for Netmeter in the end, just tested it on mine and am now totally sure it's her machine at fault
Have to wait til she gets home before I can run it on hers though.
