Spec me a basic general use router

Hi,

I am in need of a new router. Nothing special just a basic router. Majority of the time it is used wired but very rarely it might be used wireless so please spec a wireless one and one without wireless as I'm guessing it will be cheaper? So might go for wired only if it is a lot cheaper.

I know I said basic but I do need to be able to set up port forwarding on it to remotely access a device but I think even basic routers would let you do that?

Really don't want to spend any more money than we need to, which router would you recommend?

ADSL... It works on a standard telephone line broadband connection

Current router that has stopped working is a Linksys wag160n but it doesn't need to be replaced with anything g of that high spec. Just a good, reliable, sensibly priced one that will do the job
