I've been tasked with building a PC for my gran. What I need is something that will be able to browse the web and have a big enough screen to be easily viewable (Preferably 20"). Thing is my budget is £400-450, any help would be much appreciated.
Things that I would need are the bare minimums for her to learn how to use a PC and browse the web. Minus an OS which we have already.
