Spec me a basic PC

Need a pretty basic computer, still not the best with parts, so help would be appreciated.

Need the PC to handle one piece of software, not taxing, and light web browsing.
I do not need a case, or gpu. HDD is fine.
No preripherals or display. Will need an os though.
I don't have a budget, just wanted to see what specs would suit my needs.

What piece of software? Do you need multi-threaded or single threaded performance?

I'm not entirely sure. It's basically a calculations thing.
Inputting dimensions of a window frame, and it calculates sizes, costings ect.

Single thread if I had to guess.

Socket 1150 with a Ordinary G cpu, 4gb ram, 300w psu, very brief, but don't think you could get more basic than that in newer tech
