Spec me a basic system please

OK the brother in law has asked for a basic system...he will use it for email internet surfing, facebook and alike ...we will be paying for it , so we want to spend as little as possible too

I do already have ram that he can have ..Im gonna use 4 gigs of some Avexir Ram ( have some spare)

I have an OS already ( Windows 7 Premium 64Bit )...I also have some fans 140mm and some 120mm too

I'd stick with the stock cooler and save £20. No need for more exotic solutions on a Pentium CPU.

Might want to add a DVD writer, so he can watch DVDs, play CDs, etc (I'm assuming he's not fully diskless with his media)

Of course yeah

and yeah I have a DVD/CD Drive
