^^^ push the extra £100 @Lemin quoted for 2700x system, and keep the R390 for now, specially if your gaming at 1080p, ryzen should increase lower FPS and maintain a better average with increase at the top end. Plus you also get £60 worth of £90 SSD free, and thats 480GB !!!!

ryzen 2700/x

ryzen 2600

YOU ALSO GET FREE SHIPPING! :D

thats interesting. so you guys think that the cpu will have the biggest impact rather than the gpu? i already have an ssd but its only a 250 or so. thanks guys

Always, the GPU has most impact, specially on hard paper figures. But stuff like, gaming on 1080p and very old CPU with lower IPC design will effect the max gains you would get out of your card.

Say you slapped a gtx 1080ti with that CPU on a 1080p monitor. You'd see a big increase, but you'd know CPU would be a bottleneck due to IPC/design at 1080p gaming, .even bumping up to 1440p, it'll still hold back true performance gains etc . Slap in GtX 1070ti, and sooner or later, you'll still have to upgrade core components to see further increases it can give regardless of resolution, or if your holding out for next gen that will gain be to powerful for lessor CPU chips :)

Plus 390 ain't a bad GPU
