I'm struggling to find something suitable. I'm 6ft 8, and about a 46-48L (I think!?) I want a grey blazer, something I can wear with jeans and a shirt. I want to look smart, but casual at the same time, hence the jeans. Where do you get yours' from out of interest? I've been looking at Next, and a few other places. I don't want to spend a lot of money - but the ones I've seen that I like are over £100 and too rich for me.

Worst "I'm a giant" post ever ;)

Seriously though, at that size, surely you're looking at a specialist shop like High & Mighty?

lol.. Jolly Green.

High & Mighty are (were) terrible to be honest, although that was some years ago when I looked. Fine if you're 6 ft 8 tall and 6ft 8 wide :d

Yes, just looking at M&S. Thing is, I've just measured my chest (using a tailoring tape out of a cracker believe it or not) and I'm about a 56" chest according to that. I need to get measured properly I think... But I can fit into polos etc from Debs, at 4XL comfortably.

Phil smash! Nah m&s is a very good shout. Failing that do you have a Debenhams nearby?

Debs is where I get most of my polos and tees from to be honest but they can be a bit hit and miss, and I can't get trousers/jeans off the shelf at all.

Yeah I find they can be too. It depends whatever their buyers have been looking at that month!

Have you tried a James Bond fancy dress shop

A grey blazer? Where did you school?

e: all italics because I don't know! .

I'm 6'4" and Marks & Spencers and Slaters are my go-to places for jackets. I'm now too fat for M&S but all I need to do is slim.

BTW don't wear jeans with your blazer; wear chinos instead.

Ah, that's good advice. I've got chinos. Maybe I should scratch the blazer idea. Just go with a smarter light jacket or something.

So you want a grey blazer that goes well with jeans and a shirt and it must be able to work with a taller gentleman?

I have your solution:
