Spec me a board game for Christmas

Seeing if there’s a board game that meets these criteria:
. Suitable for three players - as some games are only suitable for 4+ players.
. Easy to understand
. Doesn’t drag on forever

My parents and I play board games over Christmas. We have Monopoly, Cluedo and Sorry! Plus cards. Monopoly we just play until a certain time or if one of us is bankrupt.

When the only people who will play board games at Christmas with you are your parents

Oof. Come round mine Cheese, have a beer and a bit of Christmas cheer, I get the feeling you could use a bit of cheer

All my relatives are either:
. No longer here
. Live 80 plus miles away
. To frail to travel
. I don’t get on with them.

Im jealous of friends who have most of their family living a few miles away and get on with each other.
