I like the look of the Vogue Max, but not sure on their long term reliability.

I can report that mine 'still works' after 6 months

For OP, I'd expect a 4 bedroom house to have > 1 bathroom - and maybe a combi boiler isn't suitable. I'd get some quotes in and see what type of system is recommended; then be picky about boiler types.

A combi boiler absolutely isn’t on the cards at all. I never even entertained the thought!
