spec me a book...

lmao... did think about having a read of that out of curiosity if nothing else as i have heard a lot about it.

can try it on the gf for safety then maybe widen the research. :p

Wouldnt bother, it only tells the tale of a man who uses techniques, doesnt tell the techniques themselves. It is however a plenty entertaining read, and if you can ever be bothered to read any related materials from the 'gurus' it makes for some interesting psychology!

ah cool in that case i might order that as well as one or 2 others.

what are the best places to get books from? i'm guessing amazon or maybe play.com or are there any other dedicated book places?

The Book Of Lost Things - John Connolly
Time Travellers Wife - Audrey Niffeneger (Excellent Book)
The Glass Books of The Dream Eaters - G.W Dahlquist

The Reefer men, excellent book about smuggling Dope into the US during the 60's right up tothe 90's a truly good read. Lent it to a mate, he's loving it.

i've just finished reading Atlantis by David Gibbins and it's kinda stirred my interest to get another book. it wasn't the most thrilling read but i just want to read another book now so i don't end up putting it off again for so long....

i like....

lord of the rings, hobbit, da vinci code.

kinda like...

Atlantis.

i'm not a big fan of romance books but i like fantasy books but not weird humour ones like monty python etc. i'm not particulary keen on harry potter either as i've watched one film and couldn't stand it.

any suggestions as i have no idea who a good author is any more....

If you like the Da Vinci Code then Dan Brown's Digital Fortress isn't bad either IMO.
