Spec me a bread knife

Hi all

Been making a lot of bread at home, and I’ve realised my bread knife is pants (it was £5).

Can someone recommend me a few different knives at different price points?

Get the longer one if you get a Hypiglas, they're fine but the Victorinox is better having used both.

Thanks - any difference between a pastry knife and a bread knife? Is it a case of the pastry knife does the same but more?

Victorinox 10" Pastry Knife - £25-30

I went for this and I’m honestly shocked how sharp it is. Baking a sourdough tomorrow so which will be a good test
