Very rare you will be pulled over in the morning, never ever been pulled over in 10 years of driving, I have driven back from mates houses hungover and wouldn't like to think if I was over or not if stopped for a reason and breathalyzed.

There is always the first time and what if you have an accident. The odds on being stopped may be low but but I don't gamble on the outcome as it's too much to lose.
