Spec me a budget mobo/cpu combo

Alright chaps, i'm building a second pc with some spare parts I have and need a mobo + cpu combo. I'm planning on using 8gb 1600 Vengeance and a HD6970 on the board. I know little about budget gear though so thats where you lot come in, hopefully. Will be playing CS:GO and Arma 2/3 99% of the time. Budget is around £100 with a bit of flexibility if need be.

AMD FX 4300/6300 CPU and Gigabyte 970A-DS3P board is about the best you can do.

Thanks. Roughly what sort of frames will those CPU's pull on CS with a decent overclock? Is there a big difference between the 4300 and the 6300 in terms of in game performance?
