Spec me a build £2000

So the PC in my sig has died a horrible death due to a water leak. I am looking for a build around the £2000 mark I am an Nvidia fanboy at heart but could be swayed by a 7990

No Mouse/Keyboard/Monitor required

I've addressed both issues above.

A 7990 should just maybe lose out to the 770's.

Not had any experience with SB E my old SB chip was a good clocker

Not kept in touch much with the current gen but I have heard that haswell runs hotter than IB/SB?

Is SB-E really worth it compared to Haswell ? I will mainly use my PC for Gaming and nothing much else that would tax it.

My Faiv colour is purple which is a bit hard to build with...

I like the blue/white combo of my NZXT Phantom

Blue/Black or Green/Black would also be awesome.

Love pretty much all the NZXT cases

As you had bad experience with water before I've swapped it out for as huge air cooler and doubled the RAM.

The water had nothing to do with the PC I have no problem with the water coolers. The water was actually a leak from my neighbour upstairs water fell directly into the top fan vents of the phantom and into the PSU

I wasn't happy :mad:

You need a board, the Gigabyte OC is on offer and basically the best thing since sliced bread.

With the nice low profile RAM maybe pick a nice air cooler instead of the H20 1220

Also the Samsung EVO SSD is a newer generation product and has better write speeds.
